Our four-week, Monday-Friday, commuter yoga teacher training in CT allows you to accomplish your dream of becoming a yoga teacher in an immersive format that has you home for dinner and the weekends. At the end of the four weeks, you’ll be a fully certified yoga, pranayama, and meditation teacher (upon completion of all course requirements).
